Hello From Bangkok **Pics from my shoot with Mohamed Irwan-Photography**

I have more updating to do from my birthday celebrations, but really wanted to provide a few details of where I am and what I am doing now. But first here are some treats courtesy of Irwan. mohamedirwan.photography

I did it, or I should say I made it, I am now in Bangkok. My last day in Singapore was pretty good, made a fantastic bacon and egg breakfast, said my fair wells to the agency, enjoyed a fresh juice (apple, lime, orange and starfruit), watched a snowboard video while packing (That's it that's all, rather fitting title I must add), then was accompanied to the airport by 3 wonderful ladies (thanks Caryn, Teng and Zora for the send off).

My departure from Singapore varied this time from my trip to KL as I was not flying out of the budget terminal. Still a budget flight though. I could not believe how easy and efficient the process was, with security, immigration and boarding. I slept for a portion of the plane ride and the finished watching D3. Man I love that movie.

Immigration was just as painless in Thailand, took only a few minutes. Grabbed my bags then was on my way. I headed towards the elusive Door #3 where I was to meet my driver. While waiting to meet up, I changed some of my SGD to Thai Baht. 100 bucks was worth 2300 TB or something along those lines. My blood sugar levels were starting to get low as I was approaching on 5 hours without food. So I stopped at the convenience store and bought some dehydrated mango. 12 TB, divide by 30 and thats about what the cost is in canadian.

I was surprised to see that the "van" is actually maybe a 2008 Toyota Sequoia. This was a bit of a relief that it's not some ghetto mobile. After about a 20 minute drive we arrived at the apartment. There is gate security which is always nice to see. The building is probably 20 years old but its by no means a dump. Nice hardwood floors, leather couches, and a room to myself. There is no landlords living with us this time like at the place in Singapore and for the time being it's myself and a fellow canadian Kevin. I have full access to my kitchen and a decent sized living room. While its not like where I lived in Canada, I think I will enjoy it.

I am going to bed now. Tomorrow is a busy day with, snaps at the agency, a casting at 1 for an orange juice tvc and a casting at 3 for a movie.  Rock on!
