Hiding from the rain

So today was a start about the same as yesterday. I woke up with plenty of rest around 7 am. This coincided very well with mom so we had a Skype chat around 4 pm for her. It was great, I think a little strange for mom to be video conferencing. Likely because it’s something new.

I had a shoot today with Luke. The really awesome guy from yesterday. I hope to see some of the pics tonight or tomorrow. We did one that I feel is very reminiscent of the godfather (my favourite movie). After those we did all black with a bowtie and mask. I thought this was cool, very enigmatic. He was great to work with, as usual any time you can learn something. The better off you are.

Once I jetted from Luke’s place, I planned on making my way towards my agents place. It was pouring rain, so I waited it out in the lobby of the building. After being told my eyes looked tired and to be quite honest I was a little tired I grab a red bull. Red bull tastes much better here. Not as sweet and no carbonation.  Following that I resumed my jaunt towards OMM. I met up with the ladies. They are always so cheerful, pleasant and vibrant; they are absolutely wonderful to work for.

Pat took me to a hawker centre and showed me what’s up. Fresh juice is incredible, I had avocado juice and now I am hooked. The juice and lunch came to about 4 bucks. We had a great conversation about life in Singapore. The two of us went back to the agency to eat lunch with the other ladies. Over my Malay chicken rice, chicken, cucumbers and chicken soup (notice a trend?) I poured a ton of hot chili on. It was so awesome, very spicy. The four of us shared conversation about our palate and how I have a very Asian palate.

From there back home to drop all my clothes I had brought to the shoot.
