Tear it up

I have another blog coming maybe tomorrow. I got on a tear today at starbucks, and wrote 1200 words and only spoke of half of what I wanted to share, so be prepared for a novel. Things have been busy lately which is good. Today was chest workout followed by an hour on the bike. Made a little video for you. This is pre fatigue chest workout. It is designed to full muscles with lactic acid, and make you push to the limit, before you even start with any weights.

The Rundown:
5 minutes As Many Rounds As Possible (I am I forgot to count for myself today)
10 pushups
5 Hanging twists to one side
Repeat, alternating the side you twist to.
